| Tóm tắt | I will discuss the similarities and differences between methods and goals of high-energy physics and condensed matter physics. I will discuss the interaction between these two subfields with an emphasis on recent discovery of the connection between the fractional quantum Hall effect and duality between quantum field theories in (2+1) dimensions. |
