Online registration

Online registration is open from 1 April 2024 through 15 June 2024.

Conference fee

After you have registered online, you need to pay a conference fee. The conference fee for an offline participation includes attendance to all conference/workshop sessions (including online sessions), conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches, and gala dinner. The fee levels are given below:

Deadline for payment of conference fee is 15 July 2024.

Conference fees are waived for invited speakers.

A limited amount of funding is available to young researchers, who are the citizen of member countries of the Asia Pacific Center for Theoretical Physics. Application for the financial support should be sent to the VCTP-49 secretary before 15 June 2024. The application includes the C.V., title and abstract of the presentation, recommendation letters.

  After your transaction has been made please send the Secretariat a confirmation email (send to: vctp@iop.vast.vn) with the following information: Transfer Title, Date of Transfer, Amount of Transfer, Currency of Transfer.

Cancellation

Cancellation option applies only to offline participation. Cancellation of offline participation must be noticed to the Secretariat before 21 July 2024 (Sunday). You will be refunded the registration fee you have paid but you have to pay a cancellation fee of 300,000 VND.
