- The General Management Office is a unit under the Institute of Physics, operating through the Institute's official seal and account, and is directly supervised by the Director of the Institute of Physics.
- The General Management Office serves as an advisory and coordination unit, assisting the leadership of the Institute of Physics in directing, managing, and overseeing all general activities of the Institute. This includes planning, organization, personnel, training, international cooperation, finance, accounting, administration, management, and other related activities.
