The IWTCP-1 is organised in parallel with the 38th National Conference on Theoretical Physics (NCTP-38) at the same conference site but in separated halls. Participants are free to switch between the workshop and the conference.

Gala Dinner

All participants are invited to Gala Dinner which takes place at Pullman hotel on Wednesday, July 31, from 18:00 pm.

Excursion

A full day visit to Cham Islands (Vietnamese: Cù lao Chàm), on Friday, 2 August, on the cost of interested individuals is anticipated. The tour would be guided by a tourist company. The tour price is 550,000 VND (about 25 US$) per person.

The Cham Islands constitute a group of 8 small islands of Quang Nam, which form a part of the Cu Lao Cham Marine Park, a world Biosphere Reserve recognized by UNESCO. The islands are located at about 16 kilometers (9.9 mi) from the coast of Hoi An.
