Online registration

Online registration is open from 10 March 2013 through 31 May 2013.

Conference fee

After you have registered online, you need to pay a conference fee. The conference fee includes attendance to all workshop sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks, and lunch buffets. The conference fee does not include publication charge of your paper in the workshop proceedings. The fee levels are given below:

Exchange rates: 21,538 VND for 1 USD; 28,000 VND for 1 EUR.

Methods of payment:

• By cash: Please pay in VND, USD, or EUR to the workshop secretary.
• By credit card: Payment by credit card (Visa or Master) can be made at the conference site.
• By bank transfer:

• If you cancel your registration at least one week before the workshop starts, we will reimburse you 50% of the fee you have paid.
