| Abstract | In this seminar/discussion, I shall make a presentation regarding the use of Si/Ge nanostructures for a newly developing area of renewable energy, the thermoelectricity. The discussions will be focused on our need for simulations in the frame of a project,including the society ST Microelectronics, CINaM-CNRS and the Microelectronic Center Georges Charpark of Gardanne. |
