Online registration

Online registration is open from 1 April 2023 through 16 June 2023.

Conference fee

After you have registered online, you need to pay a conference fee. The conference fee for an offline participation includes attendance to all conference/workshop sessions (including online sessions), conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches, and gala dinner. The conference fee does not include publication charge of your paper in the conference proceedings. The fee levels are given below:

Deadline for payment of conference fee is 14 July 2023.

Conference fees are waived for invited speakers.

Cancellation

Cancellation option applies only to offline participation. Cancellation of offline participation must be noticed to the Secretariat before 21 July 2023 (Friday). You will be refunded the registration fee you have paid but you have to pay a cancellation fee of 300,000 VND. By cancelling offline participation, you are automatically switched to online participation.
