ProgrammeO.14 -- Oral, VCTP-47 Date: Thursday, 4 August 2022> Time: 14:40 - 15:05> On the anisotropic constant-roll inflation for the Dirac-Born-Infeld model(1) Nguyen Hoang Duy, (2) Pham Manh Tuyen, (3) Do Quoc Tuan (1) Phenikaa Institute for Advanced Study, Phenikaa University, (2) Graduate University of Science and Technology, Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology We extend an anisotropic inflation model under the so-called constant-roll condition for a canonical scalar field to that for the Dirac-Born-Infeld scalar field – a string theoretic motivated model in which the canonical kinetic term, $-\frac{1}{2}\partial^\mu\phi\partial_\mu\phi$, is replaced by the non-canonical one, $f^{-1}(\phi)\left[1-\sqrt{1+f(\phi)\partial^\mu\phi\partial_\mu\phi}\right]$. As a result, we find a set of consistent formalisms for the potential $V(\phi)$, a gauge kinetic function $h(\phi)$ in an unusual coupling between scalar and vector fields, $h^2(\phi)F_{\mu\nu}F^{\mu\nu}$, and the function $f(\phi)$, which give us the corresponding anisotropic inflationary solutions. Furthermore, we show that these new solutions are consistent with the canonical case and turn out to be stable via numerical calculations. Presenter: Nguyen Hoang Duy |
