Information for foreign participants

The 37th National Conference on Theoretical Physics coorganized by Center for Theoretical Physics, Institute of Physics, VAST, and Vinh University, and under support of Vietnamese Theoretical Physics Society, will be held in Cua Lo, Nghe An from 6 to 9 August 2012.

Online registration and abstract submission (need logging in your account) will be open on 1 March 2012. The deadline for registration and for abstract submission is 31 May 2012. Authors will receive notification of their paper acceptance by 15 June 2012.

The conference will be conducted in Vietnamese and English. Online Proceedings of the conference will be published and selected papers will be published in the Vietnamese journal Communications in Physics (in English). The deadline for full paper submission is 30 September 2012 (after the conference).

Registration fee:

Registration fee can be paid by bank transfer or by cash on site. The exchange rate of VND is about 21,000 VND for 1 USD.
