Online registration

Online registration is open from 20 April 2022 through 17 June 2022.

Conference fee

After you have registered online, you need to pay a conference fee. The conference fee for an offline participation includes attendance to all conference/workshop sessions (including online sessions), conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches, and gala dinner. The conference fee does not include publication charge of your paper in the conference proceedings. The fee levels are given below:

Deadline for payment of conference fee is 15 July 2022.

Conference fees are waived for invited speakers.

  Please remember to write a transfer title: "VCTP47 Your Name".

  After your transaction has been made please send the Secretariat a confirmation email (send to: vctp@iop.vast.vn) with the following information: Transfer Title, Date of Transfer, Amount of Transfer, Currency of Transfer.

Cancellation

Cancellation option applies only to offline participation. Cancellation of offline participation must be noticed to the Secretariat before 22 September (Friday). You will be refunded the registration fee you have paid but you have to pay a cancellation fee of 300,000 VND. By cancelling offline participation, you are automatically switched to online participation.
