Calculation of Ettingshausen coefficient in Quantum Well in the presence of Electromagnetic Wave

The analytic expressions for Ettingshausen coefficient in the Quantum Well with parabolic potential in the presence of Electromagnetic wave are calculated by using the quantum kinetic equation for electrons. The dependence of Ettingshausen coefficient on the frequency of Electromagnetic wave, the Quantum Well parameters and especially the dependence of Ettingshausen coefficient on temperature gradient are obtained. The results are numerically calculated and discussed for GaAs/AlGaAs Quantum Well
