Phonon – assisted cyclotron resonance (PACR) in the semi – inverse potential quantum well is investigated via two – photon absorption process when electrons are scattered by LO – phonon. Using the Green’s function method, we obtain the expression of absorption power in the case of one and two – photon absorption. The dependence of absorption power on frequency with different values of temperature, magnetic field and well width is indicated. Besides, we obtain PACR – linewith as profiles of the curves by using profile method. The temperature and magnetic field dependence of the PACR – linewidth is investigated.
