We study the interference effect in high-order harmonic spectra of H2+ and propose a new method to extract interatomic separation using this effect. First, the dipole moment could be extracted from HHG spectra by the tomography procedure. Second, using the Bragg formula for the zero-points of the dipole moment in molecular frame we obtain the interatomic separation. The special point of this retrieval method is that we can use not only the parallel component of HHG but also the perpendicular components. We have found the error-cancellation effect which means the errors of interatomic separation from the two components of HHG are opposite on the sign. Therefore, the final result of interatomic separation has a very high accuracy.
