On May 15 in Hanoi, the Ministry of Science and Technology held the 2024 Tạ Quang Bửu Award Ceremony, honoring two scientists: Dr. Nguyễn Thị Kim Thanh from the Institute of Physics, Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Trần Mạnh Trí from the University of Science, Vietnam National University, Hanoi.

Dr. Nguyễn Thị Kim Thanh received the award for her research published in Physical Review Letters titled "Thermoelectric Transport in a Three-Channel Charge Kondo Circuit" (T. K. T. Nguyen and M. N. Kiselev, Phys. Rev. Lett. 125, 026801 (2020)). The work presents breakthrough results in a novel research direction, with significant implications for the development of quantum computing technologies.
