To commemorate World Quantum Day (April 14), the 100th anniversary of the advent of quantum theory, and the International Year of Quantum Science and Technology – 2025, the Vietnam Physical Society, in collaboration with the Center for Data and Scientific Information – Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology, is organizing a Public Lecture Series on Quantum Science and Technology.

The second session of the series is themed "THE BIRTH OF QUANTUM MECHANICS AND ITS APPLICATIONS", featuring three public lectures:
Lecture 1: "The Beginning of Quantum Mechanics: The Uncertainty Principle, Quantum Tunneling, and the Pauli Principle" by Prof. Dr. Đào Tiến Khoa, Vietnam Atomic Energy Institute.

Lecture 2: "21st Century Quantum Physics: From Quantum Computing and Information to Molecular Biophysics" by Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Thế Toàn, University of Science – Vietnam National University, Hanoi.

Lecture 3: "From Fundamental Research to Quantum Device Design" by Prof. Dr. Đỗ Văn Nam, Phenikaa University.
