Prof. Tran Quang Duc presented an updated overview of global advances in artificial intelligence and the current development of AI in Vietnam. He also introduced recent applications of artificial intelligence in information security, including its potential role in detecting threats, analysing data, and strengthening cybersecurity systems. The lecture concluded with a discussion of the practical, technical, and human-resource challenges that Vietnam must address when applying AI to information security.
