The Institute of Physics, Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology in cooperation with international and domestic scientific institutions, is organizing the 7 th International Conference on Photonics and Applications (ICPA-7) from 26 to 29 November, 2012 in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam. This is the Seventh in the ICPA series organized every 02 years. The objective of the meeting is to provide a forum for interaction involving world-renowned researchers so as to stimulate and enhance interest in Photonics, Optics, Lasers, Optical sensor, Spectroscopy …around the Asia Pacific region.
