Influence of Parameters on Structure, Phase Transitions, and Crystallization Processes of NiMn Alloys

In this study, we examine the influence of heating rate, atomic numbers, annealing time, and temperature on the structure, phase transitions and crystallization processes of NiMn alloys using molecular dynamics simulations with periodic boundary conditions. The structural characteristics, phase transition, and crystallization behavior are quantitatively evaluated using several analytical approaches, including the radial distribution function (RDF), total system energy (Etot), particle size (D), and Common Neighborhood Analysis (CNA). Changes in structural unit distributions—such as Face-Centered Cubic (FCC), Hexagonal Close-Packed (HCP), Body-Centered Cubic (BCC), and Other phases—are observed in response to variations in input parameters.
