Instructions for offline/online participation

Offline participation

Offline participation is not possible in this conference.

Online participation

• Online participation takes place in Google Meet platform.
• The links for oral and poster sessions will be sent to all participants by email.
• The online sessions are coordinated by session chairs.
• All online presenters must join the online session before the session starts.
• Poster presenters must upload the PDF files (<5 MB each) of their posters to the conference website before the conference dates.
• Each poster presenter has 5 minutes to present his/her work in a poster session.
