AbstractWe will present an overview of the present status of cosmology with emphasis on the evidence of Dark Matter and Dark Energy. We will discuss the shortcoming of the standard Cold Dark Matter CDM scenario and we will propose a new type of Dark Matter, Bound Dark matter BDM, in which the mass is due to non binding energy and based on gauge groups dynamics. We will show that BDM reproduces the CDM results but at the same time it solves the CDM problems, namely the large amount of substructure and the cuspy DM galactic profile.
