MDL® Project Library

MDL Project Library is a complete, ready-to-use, desktop software application for handling combinatorial library data. You can use Project Library to manage project-level combinatorial chemistry tasks. Project Library also serves as an ideal client for MDL Central Library, offering an array of tools to streamline the design and analysis of libraries.

Highlights:

Generate building blocks automatically: Project Library integrates with commercial and corporate databases and enables you to process reagents into libraries automatically.

Combinatorial methodology: This full-featured desktop system supports commonly used combinatorial methods, including arrayed, spatially addressable synthesis, encoded mixture synthesis, and deconvolution.

Track individual molecules or library-level data: Project Library's tag IDs help you integrate library information and related data from planning to synthesis to screening.

Define and control enumeration: Register library subsets or entire libraries. Structures may be enumerated to SDfiles, databases, or on the fly for quick visualization and inspection.
