Controlled remote implementation of operators (CRIO) enables the remote execution of an unknown unitary operator on an unknown quantum state under the authorization of a distant controller. Such protocols are essential for secure and scalable distributed quantum computing. In this work, we extend our previous CRIO scheme based on maximally hyperentangled states [J. Phys. A: Math. Theor. 55, 225307 (2022)] to the more practical case of non-maximally hyperentangled resources. To enhance security, the parameters characterizing the quantum channel are assumed to be known only to the controller. We demonstrate that perfect implementation fidelity can still be achieved, although with a success probability determined by the degree of hyperentanglement. We further derive the average fidelity of the corresponding classical protocol and the average non-conditioned fidelity of the quantum protocol without the controller's participation. Finally, we quantify the advantage of the proposed scheme by evaluating its quantumness power and controller's power.
