In this work, we report the results, based on density-functional calculations, of electronic and vibrational properties of various biphenylene network nanoribbons with different widths and edge terminations. Superlattices formed by graphene and biphenylene network are also studied. The obtained results provide the reference data for the development of effective models that can be used to simulate thermoelectric performance of experimental setups. Presenter: Nguyen Mai Chung |
