Both phonon emission and absorption processes are considered. The cyclotron-phonon resonant effect is observed in the absorption spectra. The full width at half maximum (FWHM) of resonant peaks is obtained. The FWHM is found to be proportional to the square root of magnetic field and slightly increase with temperature.
