Financial support

Rencontres du Vietnam (RdV) will provide a limited financial support for young researchers/students to participate in the NCTP-43 conference.

The support may include a reimbursement of the flight/train/bus ticket and/or a shared accommodation in Quy Nhon during the conference (the accommodation would be provided by the conference organizers).

Please fill out the following financial request form and send to the conference secretary before 8 June 2018:

After a selection, the organizers will inform the participants who receive the support by 22 June 2018.

Participant receiving the ticket reimbursement must provide:

1. A photocopy of ID/passport
2. A financial bill of the ticket with the buyer name:

Participant receiving the accommodation support must provide:

1. A photocopy of ID/passport
2. A photocopy of boarding pass/train/bus ticket of the forward way; that of the return way scanned and sent by email to the address: lamthithanhthao@gmail.com
