Bach Computational Material Science Laboratory, Faculty of Physics, VNU University of Science 334 Nguyen Trai, Hanoi, Vietnam Static and dynamical susceptibilities, spectra of elementary excitations in ferroelectrics are calulated using the anisotropic exchange XZ Heisenberg model in the transverse field and the functional integral method .
