THE INFLUENCE OF SPIN POLARIZABILITY AND THE TEMPERATURE ON THE COMPRESSIBILITY IN THE SEMICONDUCTOR QUANTUM WELL-WIRES

We formulated for the inverse compressibility of spin up and down electrons as a function of spin polarizability, temperature and carrier’s density in the parabol lateral barrier quantum well-wires. Numerical caculations are performed for different sizes of GaAs quantum well-wires.
