We argue that the weak, electromagnetic and $B-L$ interactions can be unified similarly to the electroweak theory. The fermion content that is anomaly free is minimally introduced. The trivial representations of the gauge symmetry can act as dark matter candidates. The small neutrino masses as well as the electric charge quantization are naturally emerged. We identify the particles in the standard model, the interaction of fermions with gauge bosons and predict the new physics with the masses in the TeV scale.
