The magnetic field is oriented along the growth direction of the superlattice. The electron – optical phonon interaction is taken into account at high temperature. Analytical result shows that the Hall coefficient denpends nonlinearly on the EMW amplitude. Numerical results are obtained for GaAs/AlGaAs superlattice and compared to the case of absence of the EMW Presenter: Hoi Dinh Bui |
