Visa

To enter Vietnam, you may need a visa. Citizens of the ASEAN countries, Russia, P.R. China, R. Korea and Japan may not need a visa for a short visit. If you are not sure, please inquire your local Vietnamese consulate.

In case you need a Vietnam visa, you may use an online service such as "My Vietnam Visa" to obtain a "visa on arrival" which can be collected upon your arrival at a Vietnamese international airport.

If you need help from the organizers in obtaining a visa, please complete the VISA FORM (or its PDF format) and return it to the workshop secretariat at least 2 weeks before your date of arrival.

Transportation

Buon Ma Thuot has a domestic airport, with flight connections to Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh city, and Da Nang.

The conference venue (Dakruco hotel) is about 7.5 km from Buon Ma Thuot airport. Taxis are available at the airport and are the best choice for going to the hotel. A ride by taxi costs about 150,000 VND (~7 USD) each way.
