REGISTRATION  

For attending the activity (both the school and the workshop), a pre-registration (by 27 Nov. 2017) is required:

Registration fee: there will be no registration fee but those participants, who use the meal and banquet service given by the organizers, are kindly requested to contribute

+ 300 000 VND for the banquet,

+ 200 000 VND for all lunches during the workshop part,

+ 300 000 VND for all lunches during the school part.

All extra cost will be covered by the organizers. 

However, participants, especially students, can apply for financial support which can cover expenses for lunches and/or banquet.
