Call for Abstracts and Papers

A conference booklet including abstracts will be distributed to the participants at the conference. One original and two copies of the contribution should be sent (possibly by mail, fax and e-mail) to the workshop secretariat before 15 July 2008 .

Abstract format:

Abstract should be informative and brief (up to 250 words) including all of the following items: abstract title, author listing, mailing address, E-mail address, abstract text and key words. It should also be camera-ready (laser printers, Time New Roman, Font of 12 points size, single space are strongly recommended). The whole abstract must be typed in one column of size: 15 cm (wide) x 21 cm (high).

Proceeding

The proceeding of the Workshop will be published. Authors of accepted contributions will be requested to provide the Workshop secretariat with one original and a camera-ready form by email of their complete version by 10 September 2008

Manuscript format:

Manuscripts should be in English, also camera-ready and typewritten, single spaced with wide margins, single-sided on one side of high-quality white A4 papers. Further instructions for preparing the manuscript, the author(s) may consult the format adopted by the European Physical Journal (http://link.springer.de) which we choose to follow. The manuscript of an invited talk and other presentation must not exceed 10 pages and 06 pages, respectively. Deliver your material to IWPA-2008 secretariat by Mail, e-mail or on diskette.

Registration fees:

• Regular participant : 350 USD
• Student : 200 USD
• Spouse/Guest : 150 USD

Registration fee includes: 01 abstarct book + 01 proceeding, Workshop banquet, local transport from Cam-Ranh airport to Nha Trang city, transport for the tour in Buon Me Thuot.
