ProgrammeP.89 -- Poster, VCTP-44 Date: Thursday, 1 August 2019> Time: 08:30 - 10:00> Biexciton in two dimensional parabolic quantum dotsNguyen Hong Quang Institute of Physics, Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology 18 Hoang Quoc Viet, Cau Giay, Hanoi, Vietnam In this paper, a biexciton confined in a two dimensional parabolic quantum dot in magnetic field is investigated theoretically by using unrestricted Hartree-Fork method. A numerical calculation of the biexciton energy and binding energy is presented as a function of quantum confinement and magnetic field. For InAs self-assembled quantum dots, the obtained results show that the biexciton binding energy is found to be increased with magnetic fields. Presenter: Nguyen Hong Quang |
