Analytical expression of the absorption coefficient is obtained taking account the electron - impurity interaction at very low temperatures. Absorption spectra show the appearance of cyclotron-impurity resonant peaks. The dependences of the absorption coefficient on the magnetic field and temperature are also obtained and discussed.
