Electron–phonon resonance linewidth in triangular quantum well is investigated via two–photon absorption process when electrons are scattered by longitudinal optical phonons (LO–phonons). Using the projection operator method, we obtain the expression of absorption power in the case of two–photon absorption. The dependence of absorption power on photon energy with different values of amplitude electric field, temperature and well width is indicated.
