ProgrammeO.1 -- Oral Date: Friday, 24 November 2017> Time: 11:20 - 11:40> Thermoelectric transport of a double quantum dot - quantum point contact structure in Kondo regimeT. K. T. Nguyen (1), M. N. Kiselev (2) (1) Institute of Physics, Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology (2) The Abdus Salam International Centre for Theoretical Physics Recent experiments [Iftikhar et al, Nature {\bf 526}, 233 (2015)] have presented a great observation of the two-channel charge Kondo. Based on that hybrid device, we consider effects of the back-scattering amplitudes on the thermopower and thermocoefficient of a double quantum dot - quantum point contact structure in which two QDs are connected through the tunnel barrier and each quantum dot strongly coupled to two leads by quantum point contacts. We show that the behavior of thermopower as the Fermi liquid or Non-Fermi liquid property can be obtained in a setup. The crossover from Non-Fermi-liquid to Fermi-liquid regime and vice versa can be seen by controlling the back-scattering amplitudes. Presenter: Nguyen Thi Kim Thanh |
