Overview

The 41st National Conference on Theoretical Physics (NCTP-41) will be held on 1-4 August 2016 in Nha Trang, Vietnam.

The NCTP-41 is organized by the Institute of Physics – Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology (IOP-VAST) under the support of the Vietnam Theoretical Physics Society (VTPS).

The NCTP-41 is also a branch of the VIII Vietnam National Physics Conference to be organized in 2016.

For over 40 years, the NCTP has been an annual activity of VTPS, and became the most well-known annual scientific forum dedicated to the dissemination of the latest development in the field of theoretical physics within the country.

Our mission is to foster scientific exchanges between theoretical and computational physicists in Vietnam and worldwide, and to promote a high-standard level of research and education in Vietnam.

The conference will cover topics of theoretical and computational physics in the following fields:

• Particle, nuclear, and astro- physics
• Molecular physics, quantum optics and quantum information
• Condensed matter physics
• Soft matter, biological and interdisciplinary physics.

Registration for the conference is open from 22 March 2016 to 17 June 2016. Abstract submission deadline is 10 June 2016.
